What is Reward Points?

In simple terms, every time you shop with us through our website we will reward you with points. The number of points you earn for a purchase will be displayed on each product page, so you know exactly how many reward points you will be earning and saving. In addition, your shopping basket will keep a running total of the points you have accumulated on your current order.

How do I earn Reward Points?

Once you are a registered user, points will be accrued with every purchase, starting with your first purchase. You will earn 10% of each dollar you spend at our online shop. Each point is currently worth $1, so 50 Point equals $50. Some products may have higher Reward Point values due to specials or promotions. Points can only apply to the next purchase. All pending points are listed in the Reward Points Sidebar (to the right, when you are logged in) and will stay there until approved/confirmed by us. Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Points are normally updated and approved to “earned” status in the 12-24 hours following purchase. Once the points are in “earned” status, they are ready for you to spend on whatever you want in our online shop.

How do I know how many points I have? 

All Customer Rewards Points will be kept up-to-date in our system. Your Reward Points will be displayed in a sidebar on our site. You will be notified of the number of points accrued with a purchase on the order verification page (before submitting payment information). You can also view the number of accrued points by logging onto your account, and checking the Reward Points sidebar, where the Reward Points are listed.

How do I redeem Reward Points?

Reward Points can be accrued with each purchase. You add items to your shopping basket until you are ready to purchase; then, on the checkout page, you will be prompted with an option of whether you would like to use your reward points to pay for goods or use other methods. Our system will calculate everything for you and submit a new total if you choose to pay with points. If you prefer not to use any, you will earn points for the purchase. Reward Points will not accrue during transactions for which points are redeemed. Reward Points are only applied to the product price and not to shipping charges. Reward Points are only available at our online store and are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. From time to time we run promotions that offer double or even triple points on selected products and services.

Reward Point Program Policy:

• Points earned can only be applied to the next purchase.

• There is no minimum balance required before you may redeem your points.

• There is no maximum to the balance of points you may accumulate.

• If an order is cancelled or returned, the Reward Points accrued with that purchase are automatically deducted from your account. 

• Points cannot be transferred from one user account to another for any reason.

• We will not change the 50 points = $50 conversion rate, so the dollar value of points you already earned will stay the same.

• We may change the number of reward points set for each cartridge from time to time.

• All the points you earned will expire after one year from the last order. If you are a regular customer who places at least one order a year, your points will last forever!
